This Isn't Real Estate; It's Captured Estate

This Isn't Real Estate; It's Captured Estate

Real estate has always been seen as an industry where everyone has the opportunity to build their dream home. However, in the current situation, this claim doesn't hold true. Today's real estate has turned into a "Captured Estate," where genuine opportunities are not provided to people. The notion that real estate is for everyone is far from reality.

The purpose of real estate should be to provide equal opportunities to individuals from all walks of life, whether they are laborers or business magnates like Bill Gates. However, in reality, this is not the case. Those who wish to enter this industry face numerous obstacles. The industry has become concentrated in a few hands, limiting opportunities for the common person.

Why is LinkedIn, a global platform known for professional discussions and opportunities, silent on this critical issue? If LinkedIn were to highlight this matter, it could spark a global conversation, and only then might real change come to the real estate industry.

In the end, if we want real estate to be truly "real," it's essential to provide opportunities to everyone, and to open up this industry to the public instead of letting it remain in a few hands.

Best Regards
